Phoenix Defensive Driving Online Course: Dismissing your Arizona traffic ticket is a simple process. It just requires you take the 5 necessary steps needed to succeed.
Register for Our State-Approved Online Phoenix Defensive Driving Course
- A copy of your traffic ticket (trace over what the officer wrote so it's more legible.)
- A copy of your driver's license.
- Any paperwork the court may have sent you including your court order and any paperwork if you were granted a continuance.
(If you can scan and email your documents to support@phoenix-defensivedriving.com. Driver's Licenses are often hard to ready when faxed. So, please write your driver's license number down on the fax.)
Complete our Phoenix Defensive Driving Course
It only takes 4 to 4 ½ hours to do. Then once you've finished.
Take Your Final Exam At Your Notary Public's Office
We will fax your final exam to the Notary Public that you chose during registration.
- You will take your exam in the Notary Public's presence,
- Have it notarized and,
- Fax it back to us. (And 10 minutes after you fax it, please call us at 800-990-2813. We can then confirm everything over the phone and speed up the process for you.)
We Grade It And Notify The Court.
We notify the court that you have completed the course and paid the court fees. But per the courts' request, we can ONLY contact the courts twice a week. This notification must occur prior to your court date. So, just to be on the safe side, it's a good idea for you to notify your court too!
And If You're Taking Our Court-Ordered Course.
We will send you your Certificate of Completion which YOU will need to deliver to the court BEFORE YOUR COURT DATE. (Please note, SOME courts will allow you to file the papers on your court date. If you're not sure of your court's requirements, please call them and check.)
